Projects recently sold to happy investors include:

· Two in Kaitaia

· One in Bennydale

The first in Kaitaia was a character villa restored to its former glory, with a fresh kitchen, new bathroom, fresh paint in and out, and new carpet and lino.   This was purchased by the investor for $185,000 and is let for $220 a week.

The second in Kaitaia was a newly built fully carpeted three bedroom home purchased by the investor for $185,000 also being let for $220 a week.

The Bennydale property was purchased by the investor for $100,000 after a full refurbishment that now attracts rental of $150 a week.
